By day, I work in compliance, tenders, and operational chaos (the glamorous side of facilities and engineering). By night, I’m a mum to one awesome Squish and wife to my amazing and supportive other half.

 

I’d describe myself as a gaming enthusiast, chaotic good, and deeply curious human being trying to make sense of, and not be overwhelmed by, a very loud world.
 

I created this space not because I’ve got it all figured out, but because I haven’t, and maybe that’s exactly the point. This is where I unpack the overlaps between work, identity, neurodiversity, parenting, and trying to be a functioning adult while also occasionally hiding in the kitchen at midnight with the biscuit jar.
